International conference on local festivals in Varna - call for papers

The recent COVID-19 pandemic did not suffocate public celebrations, it only proved their importance to local communities to overcome crisis. With this in mind, the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences is organizing the international conference „Local Festivals: Resources, Traditions, Changes”.
